Convergify (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a cross-listing dashboard and companion browser extension that help resellers manage inventory and publish listings to third-party marketplaces using their own, individually authenticated accounts. This policy describes what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information you provide (such as name and email), listing content you create in Convergify (titles, descriptions, prices, photos, and similar attributes), and information needed to operate the service, such as which marketplace accounts you’ve connected and the status of listings you’ve asked us to publish.

How the browser extension works

The Convergify browser extension acts on your behalf, using your own already-authenticated session in your browser, to fill in and submit listing forms on marketplaces you’ve connected. It does not collect or transmit your marketplace account credentials to Convergify.

How we use information

To operate and improve the Convergify service, to publish listings to the marketplaces you select, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third-party marketplaces only as necessary to publish the listings you explicitly request, and with service providers who help us operate Convergify (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) under confidentiality obligations.

Data retention

We retain account and listing information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
