These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Convergify’s dashboard and browser extension (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Convergify helps resellers manage listing inventory and publish listings to third-party marketplaces using the user’s own authenticated marketplace accounts. Convergify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any marketplace referenced on this site.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of listing content you create, for complying with each marketplace’s own terms of service and policies, and for maintaining the security of your Convergify account credentials.

Third-party marketplaces

Convergify interacts with third-party marketplaces on your behalf and at your direction. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those marketplaces, including account restrictions imposed by a marketplace.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convergify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
